Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ATripVip – Oleksandr Kartashov, a sole proprietorship based in Vienna. The services include, but are not limited to:

– airport transfers

– intercity transfers

– chauffeur services

– individual tours and travel services

By using our services, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Contact

Bookings can be made via:

To complete a booking, the following information is required:

– full name

– phone number

– email address

– requested service, date, and time

A booking is only considered confirmed after written confirmation from ATripVip.

3. Payment Terms

Payment methods available upon agreement:

– cash

– debit/credit card

– bank transfer

– mobile payment systems (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available

Payments are to be made directly to the driver or appointed partner. Online payment via the website is currently unavailable.

4. Cancellation Policy

– Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the trip.

– Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge of the total cost.

– No-shows without notice will be charged the full price of the service.

5. Delays and Waiting Times

– If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, a waiting fee may be charged.

– For train station pickups, free waiting time is 30 minutes.

– For airport pickups, free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual landing time.

After these times, the company reserves the right to cancel the service or charge an additional fee.

6. Customer Responsibility

– Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, including cleaning and repair costs.

– A special cleaning fee may apply in cases of heavy soiling.

– Compensation is charged based on the invoice from the service provider.

7. Driver Rights

– The driver reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip

if the customer displays aggressive or inappropriate behavior, is heavily intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.

– If the customer is unreachable for more than 30 minutes, the trip may be canceled.

8. Partners and Subcontractors

ATripVip reserves the right to assign services to partner companies or subcontractors. These Terms and Conditions also apply to services provided by third parties on behalf of ATripVip.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

ATripVip shall not be held liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, road closures, strikes, technical failures) or third-party actions. No compensation will be provided for missed flights or other missed connections.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless otherwise required by law.
